Motörhead ‎– Ace Of Spades (1980)

There’s an easy pleasure in listening to old Motörhead. Ace Of Spades is far from my favourite, but it’s just so easy to throw this on, and drive, or something like that. “Love You Like A Reptile” is an interesting cut, and I can’t help but be reminded of David Icke and his moon-lizard craziness. “Jailbait” is a proper dodgy number, one I suspect you wouldn’t be able to get away with writing today, even if you are Lemmy Kilmister. My favourite track though, is without a doubt, the legendary “We Are The Road Crew”. Never have the mundane horrors of touring sounded so appealing!
