Cookie Monsta – Ginger Pubes / Blurgh! (2010)

I was very sad to hear that Cookie Monsta passed away. Whilst not so much a part of the original gestation of the dubstep sound, he was part of the original wave of artists pioneering this new, dirty style. This early EP, on Circus Records, is a perfect example of that. Cookie’s bass work is massive and interfering, and thats how it should be. Great stuff.
