Heralded as one of the best war metal / grindcore crossovers in existence, and for good reason, I guess. I tell you what though, it’s weird having spent a life time listening to shit like this to just find some random project one day that is praised to all manner of high fuck for doing exactly what a bazillion goregrind/noise/digigrind bands already do, but hey, it doesn’t matter really, Konflikt is fucking great. Proper hard work, this. Drums that’ll give any drum machine grindcore band a run for their money. Absurd guitar blurs and distortion. Fuck knows what’s going on with the vocals. Hideous!
