Emuul – Crawling Across The Rafters (2010)
Great shit, to be honest. I’m no expert on ambient or drone music, at least not to pick it apart in great detail in review form, but I can say that the atmopheres that are gently conjured on Crawling Across The Rafters (a name far more sinister than the music would turn out to be) are absolutely excellent. They are moving, a touch unsettling, and a encourage daydreaming – all of which are great features of ambient music, IMO. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
