Savage Man Savage Beast – The Stiffs Are Looking Lively (2016)

The Stiffs Are Looking Lively (what a name!) is a colossal compilation record of all (I believe ‘all’ at least) the Savage Man Savage Beast demo stuff and unreleased tracks. The runtime is massive, but if you’re down for 60+ tracks of one man drum machine grindcore (leaning towards the gore), then by all means pull up a chair, you’re gonna be here a while.

Despite being culled from I think 5 or 6 different sessions there is an effortless air of cohesion to The Stiffs Are Looking Lively, and I must admit that even though this is actually my first time interacting with this project, I heavily and thoroughly enjoyed the listen.
