Jurassic Park for the Genesis was a slow, clanky mess of a game, but one that had its own kind of bizarre, dark atmosphere. A lot of that lives on today in this minimal and bassy soundtrack. From the groove of the tectonic “Jungle” theme, the anxiety of the “Pumping Station”, the abstract “Volcano” or the balls-out rock of “The Visitor Center”, the music of Jurassic Park for the genesis is a unique and haunting experience. I believe this was made with the GEMS audio system.
